Momentum is a great tool that enables you to create your own personal dashboard on your chrome browser.
It claims to help you “Feel good and get things done!”. As well as displaying your to-do list, weather, customizable widgets, and a new inspirational image and quote each day, you set a daily goal or focus and Momentum reminds you of your goal on every new tab load.

The basic version is enough to capture your ideas, goals, and daily tasks simply by opening a new tab, then share them with friends, family or colleagues.
3: Mindful Browsing
If you can lose yourself – and hours – on certain sites, Mindful Browsing can help.
Simply set the sites you would like to be more mindful about how much time you spend on them and add a list of things you’d rather be doing instead.
Mindful browsing will then ask you to confirm whether you really want to go to that site when you open it in your browser and then give you a gentle reminder every ten minutes.
4: Forest
Forest is another plugin designed to help you spend last time on the websites you know distract you the most and zap your productivity.
Set up a blacklist. By staying away from the sites on your blacklist, you can cultivate a virtual tree, which you can then share with friends.
5: Citrus
Another way to stay focused, Citrus claims to be “Vitamin C for your productivity”.
Create a list of the sites you waste most time on, then when you set the Citrus timer these sites will be blocked until the timer runs out. It gives you a period of focus in which you’re prevented from visiting all the sites you normally get distracted by.
